Key Takeaway
- An APR boost on WEEX is a time-limited reward that adds extra interest to WEEX Auto Earn or WEEX staking.
- Many boosts are dropped straight into your account, for new users or based on your holdings, with no tasks to complete.
How Do You Get an APR Boost on WEEX?
WEEX APR boosts reach users in two ways. Most are airdropped directly to eligible accounts, with nothing to sign up for. Others come through limited-time campaigns.
- New-user drops: sent after you complete your deposit for the first time.
- Holding drops: sent to existing users based on their holdings balance.
- Campaign boosts: offered during events, sometimes after registering on the event page.
Each boost shows its own rate, cap, and window. Check all three before you rely on it.
How to Use an APR Boost Once It Lands
Using a WEEX APR boost takes a minute in the app. The boost only pays on USDT that WEEX Auto Earn counts, so Auto Earn must be on first.
- Open the WEEX app and find the boost in Vouchers.
- Check the boost rate, cap, and expiry date.
- Tap Use to start the boost window.
- Go to Assets, then Auto Earn, and make sure it is switched on.
- Hold enough USDT in spot, funding, or futures to fill the cap.

How Much a Boost Is Worth: An Example
Boost interest follows the normal Auto Earn formula: amount * rate * days / 365. Take a boost of an extra 10% APR on up to 1,000 USDT for 7 days.
- Full cap of 1,000 USDT: 1,000 * 10% * 7 /365 ≈ 1.92 USDT of boost interest.
- Only 600 USDT held: 600 * 10% * 7 /365 ≈ 1.15 USDT. About 0.77 USDT of boost goes unused.
Standard WEEX Auto Earn interest still applies. As of October 9, 2026, it is 10% APR on the first 200 USDT and 3.5% APR up to 500,000 USDT.
Four Mistakes That Cut Your Boost Interest
Most lost boost interest comes from timing and balance moves. WEEX Auto Earn pays on the lowest balance snapshot of each day. One short dip can shrink a full day's payout.
- Letting the boost expire. An unused boost may lapse after its expiry date.
- Opening big positions. Margin used in open futures positions does not earn Auto Earn interest.
- Not filling the cap. Boost capacity you do not fill is simply not earned.
Amounts above the boost cap earn only the standard rate.
When Boost Interest Is Paid
WEEX Auto Earn pays interest, including any boost, in USDT. Each day's interest lands in your Funding Account on the next day.
All APRs, including boosts, are estimates and can change. Boosts do not protect your USDT from losing its peg. Availability varies by region.
