DayOne Data Center Plans to Raise Up to $5 Billion in U.S. IPO
DayOne Data Center plans to raise up to $5 billion in its initial public offering (IPO) in the United States, with expectations to list American Depositary Shares (ADS) on Nasdaq by the end of this year at the latest. The company has submitted its IPO prospectus to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Headquartered in Singapore, DayOne's revenue grew more than threefold year-on-year in the first half of this year, reaching $512 million; during the same period, its net loss widened from $13.5 million to $81.9 million.
