DoubleZero Launches Dedicated Market Data Source for Hyperliquid
The global fiber optic network project DoubleZero has announced the launch of a dedicated market data source for the decentralized derivatives exchange Hyperliquid, allowing professional trading firms to access a complete order book via fiber optics. This data source covers the native perpetual contract market of Hyperliquid and the market operated by trade[XYZ], which offers perpetual contracts linked to assets such as crude oil, gold, and silver. The data source was jointly developed by DoubleZero, Hyperion DeFi, MAVAN, and Kinetiq. This service provides market makers, quantitative trading firms, and proprietary trading companies with a continuous and orderly stream of market data, meeting their demand for faster and more stable order book updates. Previously, institutions had to integrate public API data themselves or run their own Hyperliquid nodes to obtain a complete view of the order book. DoubleZero pointed out that adjustments to the Hyperliquid public API have reduced the frequency and depth of available updates. Hyperliquid is the third trading venue to access the DoubleZero Edge market data service, following Solana and the prediction market Kalshi.
