Duelbits Proposes Bounty and Settlement Plan to Trace Stolen Funds

Duelbits has traced the flow of stolen funds, identifying suspected individuals and their associated wallets, exchanges, and accounts. Duelbits has proposed a bounty and settlement plan that allows the other party to retain a specified percentage of the funds while returning the remaining amount; under the condition of signing a formal agreement and completing the repayment, Duelbits will not initiate criminal proceedings or take further legal action. Duelbits' hot wallet suffered a loss of approximately $7 million due to a private key leak.
