IRF Acquires Nomina and Its Intent Execution Protocol SolverNet

By: www.globenewswire.com|09/17/2026 04:03:05

IRF has announced the acquisition of Nomina, which includes technology, intellectual property, branding, and infrastructure, primarily involving the intent execution protocol SolverNet. Nomina's related infrastructure has processed over 7.5 million transactions. SolverNet is live and has been validated in a production environment, covering the Ethereum mainnet and major Layer 2 networks such as Arbitrum, Base, and Optimism, and integrating with protocols like Symbiotic, Gearbox Protocol, and Cygnus Finance. The intent mechanism allows agents to declare expected outcomes, while the solver network competes to deliver, handling complexities such as routing, cross-chain, and gas management. IRF plans to leverage SolverNet to launch strategies for on-chain yield deployment, cross-chain and cross-asset fund transfers, and automated configuration and rebalancing, with each strategy expressed through a single intent and executed by the solver network. IRF aims to roll out related technologies in the coming months as part of its roadmap for agent-based financial products.
