Sam Price Reveals U.S. Government Transfers 17,000 Bitcoins

Prefer us on GoogleAccording to Twitter user Sam Price, the U.S. government transferred approximately 17,000 bitcoins within three days, totaling around $1.5 billion. This includes the transfer of 12,267 bitcoins seized from the Bitfinex hack to a new address, as well as earlier batches transferred to Coinbase Prime. There has been no confirmation of any exchange selling activity, and the policy still points towards strategic reserves rather than liquidation.
