The Triple-A attacker has transferred 4,970 ETH (approximately $12.4 million) to Tornado Cash. The hacker stole assets from the payment service provider Triple-A's own treasury in July, with estimated losses of around $11.8 million. On September 6, the attacker split the funds into two intermediary addresses and consolidated them on October 9 through a single wallet, making a total of 56 transactions that included 49 transactions of 100 ETH and 7 transactions of 10 ETH deposited into Tornado Cash, with one of the fund flows also containing earlier mixed coin withdrawals. Triple-A stated that the incident did not affect customer funds.
