FinTax Completes $40 Million Seed Round Financing Led by YZi Labs
FinTax has announced the completion of its Seed round financing, achieving a post-investment valuation of $40 million, led by YZi Labs, with participation from Amber Group, Hash House, Pundi AI, Waverider International, and Nexus Holdings. Previous investors include Victory Courage, BGIN, Tools Factory, and individual investor Fan Chao. YZi Labs will collaborate with FinTax on long-term ecological cooperation in emerging scenarios such as tax infrastructure, compliance standards, and stablecoins. Following the financing, FinTax will accelerate the scaling of its five product lines, expand into European and Middle Eastern markets, and deepen the application of AI in tax scenarios. FinTax plans to promote the integration of blockchain with legal systems across multiple jurisdictions, facilitating the connection between on-chain economic activities and the real-world financial and tax systems.
