SAMR Optimizes Inspection and Testing Report Query System, Adds Blockchain Evidence Functionality
The State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) has completed the optimization of the inspection and testing report number query system, restoring report upload and public inquiry services, and officially opening it to the public. This system features blockchain evidence, IP address verification, and dedicated account management to prevent counterfeiting and tampering, while adding verification of key report field information, providing the public with convenient and reliable inspection and testing report query services. The system incorporates blockchain evidence and hash value verification technology. When inspection and testing agencies upload electronic originals of reports through a dedicated PC client, the system will automatically generate a unique hash value for each report and bind it to the report number, ensuring that the report content is immutable and traceable. The report upload follows a one-account-per-agency principle, where agencies log in and upload using a unique account, with a new email verification mechanism added. Additionally, the uploaded information is further enriched, adding key fields such as the name of the client, authorized signatory, and agency contact information, facilitating accurate verification by the public. Market regulation departments can also retrieve original documents for comparison and verification at any time through the management end.

A bond selloff, weaker tech stocks, spot ETF outflows and a long liquidation wave all added pressure. The $80,000 area is now the key support, while $83,000 is the first level bulls need to reclaim.
