Sight Advances L2 SightEVM with SGT as the Sole Gas Token

By: x.com|10/04/2026 05:16:55

Sight is advancing the EVM-based L2 SightEVM, aimed at serving prediction markets and reducing reliance on gas pricing from the underlying chain. Gas fees on SightEVM will be paid solely in SGT tokens, with no additional tokens issued. Fees, block parameters, and capacity will be set by Sight, while the underlying chain will handle settlement and data availability. Robinhood Chain remains one of the deployment networks, and contracts will also be deployed to other EVM chains.
