Zhao Changpeng Shares Stress-Relief Mindset, Emphasizes Doing One's Best
Binance founder Zhao Changpeng shared his stress-relief methods on the podcast "Meanders." He is accustomed to isolating different tasks to prevent one from affecting another. He rarely sets specific goals, focusing instead on his level of effort and whether he makes mistakes. He believes in the "simulation theory," viewing life as a game where he strives to solve problems as they arise, allowing the final outcome to unfold naturally.
