5Y Capital Plans to Raise $600 Million New Fund

Chinese venture capital firm 5Y Capital is seeking to raise a new fund with a target size of approximately $600 million, aiming to complete the fundraising by early 2027. The fundraising efforts will begin later this year. 5Y Capital is an early investor in Chinese tech companies such as Moonshot AI and Xiaomi, and this fundraising will allow it to join the ranks of fund managers focusing on the Chinese market, introducing new startup investment opportunities to investors.
