Bitcoin Miners' Activity Increases, Hashrate Rises
The activity of Bitcoin miners, reflected in the hashrate, has stopped declining and has begun to rise. Analysts at CryptoQuant noted that this positively affects the price of Bitcoin. After a drop in early summer, the hashrate has been gradually increasing since the end of July, coinciding with the rise in Bitcoin's price since mid-August. Historically, an increase in hashrate is accompanied by a bullish trend, and miner activity increases with rising prices. An increase in hashrate also means a rise in mining costs, which leads to an increase in Bitcoin's price. The next recalculation of mining difficulty is expected on September 19, with a forecasted increase of 3.45%. This indicates that more power has been added to Bitcoin mining. As of 5:00 PM MSK on September 18, Bitcoin is trading at around $80,849.8, having risen by 22% over the last 30 days. Despite negative news, such as the failure of the CLARITY Act crypto law in the USA, experts from VanEck and Grayscale believe that the bottom of this cycle for Bitcoin is already behind, although there are currently no reasons for a strong rise.
