Lite Strategy Invests $100 Million to Acquire 900,000 LTC in Fiscal Year 2026
Lite Strategy (Nasdaq: LITS) announced its fiscal year performance ending June 30, 2026, stating that it has invested $100 million to acquire over 900,000 LTC. As of June 30, the company holds 832,716 LTC, accounting for over 1% of the total LTC mined to date. Additionally, the company has repurchased approximately 4.4 million LITS shares through its buyback program, representing about 12% of the outstanding shares; as of September 22, it has repurchased about 6.4 million shares, or approximately 17% of the outstanding shares. Since initiating the LTC covered call strategy, the company has generated approximately $930,000 in option premium income as of September 22.
