Silvia Resells 124 BTC and Repurchases 2.3% of Shares
Silvia (formerly ProCap Financial, Nasdaq: SVIA) announced that it will repurchase 2.3% of its outstanding common shares at a price below the net asset value (NAV) starting from September 15. Since the initiation of the repurchase plan, the company has repurchased approximately 14.5% of its outstanding shares. As of the market close on September 22, the company had 82,881,223 shares outstanding and held about 5,130 BTC, a decrease of approximately 124 BTC from about 5,254 BTC on September 15, with a NAV of approximately $4.27 per share. The company stated that it will continue to repurchase shares until the stock price is no longer below the NAV.
