4chan Prophecy Predicts October 5, 2026 as Crypto Bottom
On December 12, 2023, a 4chan user predicted Bitcoin's next market top would occur on October 6, 2025, based on numerology patterns. Bitcoin reached an all-time high of 126198.07 dollars on that date. The prediction was based on previous market cycles, where lows to highs took 1064 days and highs to lows took 364 days. Following this peak, Bitcoin dropped 52% by late June 2026, but this decline was less severe than past bear markets. Adding 364 days to October 6, 2025, brings us to October 5, 2026, which the 4chan user claims is the bottom for Bitcoin. As of this morning, Bitcoin is trading around 86100 dollars, nearly 30% below its peak but up about 2% today. A recent jobs report indicated the U.S. added only 29000 jobs in September, suggesting the Federal Reserve may maintain current interest rates, which is favorable for risk assets like Bitcoin. Bitcoin's lowest point was around 57000 dollars in July, meaning it is currently about 50% above that bottom. Analyst Benjamin Cowen believes the accumulation phase began on July 1, but still sees potential for another downturn.
