Robert Kiyosaki warns of a fall in American bonds and reiterates support for Bitcoin, gold, and silver
Robert Kiyosaki, author of the book 'Rich Dad Poor Dad', believes that Baby Boomers, born between 1946 and 1964, may suffer from a decline in American debt securities.
In a post on his social media, the author criticizes the "60/40" investment method (60% in stocks and 40% in bonds), stating that the old guard lacked financial education.
As always, Kiyosaki recommended the purchase of scarce assets, such as gold, silver, and Bitcoin, to his followers.
'Rich Dad Poor Dad' Author Claims Bond Decline Will Impact Stock Market
Beginning his text, Robert Kiyosaki states that Baby Boomers, now approximately 62 to 80 years old, started investing in the 1970s, following advice from "financial planners" who also lacked any financial education.
"Back then, it took only seven weeks to get a financial planner license. I couldn't believe it. I could see the crisis we are in today... coming... the crisis of Boomers getting screwed."
Continuing, Kiyosaki claims that central banks around the world are disposing of U.S. Treasury bonds to buy gold.
Furthermore, the author also states that the decline in bonds will cause the stock market, including the S&P 500, to fall as well.
"This will leave millions of Boomers without time and money to recover," Kiyosaki points out, predicting that millions of them will end up homeless or need to live with family. "I hope I'm wrong, although I believe I'm not," he adds.
"My predictions, starting with the collapse of Lehman Brothers on CNN, in Wolf Blitzer's Situation Room, in 2008, came true at the right time and exactly as predicted. That's why, for years, I've ended my posts on X with 'Buy gold, silver, and Bitcoin.' Nothing has changed, except that today I own rental apartments and oil wells in the U.S." DID THE BABY BOOMERS get F'd?
A: in 1974 the Boomer's were the first generation to receive ERISA aka the "401k," without any financial education.
ERISA=Employee Retirement Income Security ACT
BTW: Anytime the government passes an act...the words mean the opposite.

Market is Going Against Kiyosaki's Predictions
In the comments, however, many followers note that Robert Kiyosaki always predicts significant declines for the market. Contrary to this, the stock markets continue to grow at a rapid pace, close to their highs.
The S&P 500, for example, reached its peak in August and is currently holding close to it.
On the other hand, gold is down 26.3% from its January high, after having surged in recent years. Bitcoin, despite a strong rise in the last three months, is still 33.9% below its all-time high recorded in October 2025.
In other words, everything is rising, which may indicate that, in fact, it is the dollar and other currencies that are losing value at an accelerated pace due to inflation.

The Bitcoin price briefly fell below $81,000 on October 9, 2026, its lowest level in nearly three weeks, after repeated failures near $87,000. A bond selloff, weaker tech stocks, spot ETF outflows and a long liquidation wave all added pressure. The $80,000 area is now the key support, while $83,000 is the first level bulls need to reclaim.
