China's CAICT Smart Agent Identification and Identity Network Trial Operation
The China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) has officially launched the trial operation of its Smart Agent Identification and Identity Network, which is now open for public access. This network relies on trusted interconnection centers for smart agents located in Beijing, Xiamen, and other cities, providing services such as identification registration, identity verification, address resolution, and capability discovery. It employs blockchain, DID, and super-agent technology routes, is compatible with various DID methods, and adapts to mainstream interconnection protocols like A2A and ANP.
